Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting Kesiena Esiri Book Hub. We are delighted to ship our books from Nigeria to readers all over the world. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

    Shipment Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new book launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

    If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    We partner with reliable global export aggregators and express couriers (including DHL, FedEx, and international postal partners) to ensure your books arrive safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are general estimates for single-book deliveries:

    Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international customs processing or seasonal carrier congestion.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your book's journey directly from Nigeria to your doorstep.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Buyers)

    • United States & United Kingdom: Printed books are classified as educational materials and are generally exempt from customs duties and import taxes.
    • European Union & Rest of the World: While printed books face a 0% customs duty rate globally, some regions (especially the EU) apply local Value Added Tax (VAT) or minor carrier handling fees on all incoming commercial goods.
    • Kesiena Esiri Book Hub/Evangelist Kesiena Esiri is not responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or postal clearance fees applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

    Please double-check your shipping address and include a valid phone number at checkout. Couriers require a local phone number to coordinate doorstep delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.

    Damages & Lost Packages

    If you receive your book damaged, or if your tracking status shows your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at pastorkesienabook@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 811 906 7542. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will need photos to arrange a free replacement for you.
